SOS: Save the S.S. United States

She is the ship that never sank.

She is the ship that was never scrapped.

She is the ship that is still here today.

The safest and fastest transatlantic ocean liner,

the S.S. United States floats as a symbol of

American pride and know-how from a bygone era.

Since being pulled out of service in 1969,

she has faced an uncertain future.

Now in her eleventh hour, it is time to Save Our Ship.
